About Foxysearch.org
Foxysearch.org is a Google customized search engine (CSE) for Mozilla and its software, such as Firefox and Thunderbird. The aim is to make it easier to find specific content about Mozilla, Firefox, Thunderbird, and other Mozilla products on one of the many sites in the Mozilla ecosystem.
The sites searched by Foxysearch.org include:
- Official Mozilla sites and Mozilla products sites.
- Prominent community sites.
- Sites of main addons.
This search tool was originally created in December 2006 and hosted on 7is7.com. In April 2009 the search facility was completely revamped and given its own domain name to make it easier to remember where to find it. Foxysearch.org is being continuously updated and maintained to stay up to date with Mozilla related sites.
